Creating a garden to feed people & pollinators using ecology-led, regenerative techniques

Welcome to The Garden Deli… a different way to garden.

I’m a gardener with a background in ecology. This guides the way I garden, using sustainable methods, building healthy soil and creating habitat for the local wildlife. The garden is filled with nectar-rich flowers to entice the bees, hoverflies and other insects. Making and using compost is a big part of the gardening year. And I don’t use pesticides, instead relying on natural pest control and good, old-fashioned weeding.

I’m here to encourage everyone who likes the idea of planting a garden, whether it’s to grow food, flowers or simply create borders filled with diversity and life. If that happens to be you, check out the grow guides and garden journal. And if you don’t find the information you want there, get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
