Food writing

I have a passion for pursuing the stories behind the food we eat. Covering everything from how our food is grown, produced and transported to the people cooking and selling the very best seasonal produce, and what happens to the food we throw away.

My work has been published in The Simple Things, Slow Food UK, The Foodie Bugle, Salt magazine, Yorkshire Living and Chickpea, and I’ve worked with food and edible gardening companies to promote their products. I’m also a keen cook, and have worked with small businesses to develop and test delicious vegetarian and vegan recipes using their products.
