How long does my order take to ship?

When you place an order in The Garden Deli shop, your seeds will be packed and dispatched within 7 days, usually sooner. Occasionally there may be a delay, but we will inform you as soon as possible of this.

If you need seeds in a hurry, please get in touch before ordering. We will do everything we can to help… every order is hugely important to a small business like this.

Please note: while we try to ensure your seeds are with you as quickly as possible, current strike action may delay orders.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Seeds are shipped to UK addresses, excluding N.Ireland, only.

How much is delivery? 

We charge a flat rate of £2.50 postage and packaging per order.

What is your return policy? 

We really hope you are completely happy with your order and enjoy growing your seeds. However, if there are any problems (damaged or incorrect seeds) please get in touch within 10 days of delivery and we will do our best to sort them out.

Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as when sent in order to be replaced or refunded in full, minus the cost of postage & packaging. The customer is responsible for the returned goods until they reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during the return, therefore we recommend using a trackable service. Please pack the seeds carefully - you can reuse the original envelope if it is still serviceable.
