Foeniculum vulgare

A big and beautiful herb. Green fennel can grow to over 1.5m in height, with delicate ferny foliage and small yellow flowers held in clusters on tall stems. The leaves and flowers are edible. If you have the space this is a lovely herb to add to the garden, both as a kitchen herb and a pollinator plant.
